Beat the Heat with Indoor Workouts

Walking outside this morning, I immediately noticed two things. First, there seemed to be no easy way of breathing the thick, humid air...is there even any oxygen in there? Second, there was no way I was going for a run in this muggy weather. Oh, and third, my hair looks like an electrified mop when it's this humid outside.

You already know that if you exercise outside on hot and humid days, you should drink plenty of water. And you are probably well aware of the risk of heat stroke given the countless reports about the warning signs.
