Great Mix! Wrong title

Can't wait to hit the gym tonight and workout to this new mix! Ever-awesome, DJ Steveboy!

Thought I'd point out that the "track list" seems to have the wrong title. It says "Shred (155bpm)". Wouldn't want others to get confused.

As always a killer mix but not mercurial

I love these mixes they keep me going on my training runs.
Unfortunately this is not mercurial but Engine Summer the standard Podrunner mix which is available from iTunes.
Its a great mix anyway so I'll run to this till mercurial appears.

Keep em coming dj steveboy

LOVE THESE!!

You know, I am an AVID addict of PodRunner. I believe I am one of the original subscribers! I not only use them to workout or job to, but also to listen to around the house when cleaning or studying (Going to school to become a teacher!). I am a listner of house/progressive and any music in the realm of trance, techno, and dance!

Keep them coming!!

Try and stop me! :)

No plans to knock off any time soon! Podrunner keeps getting more popular, and I remain both mystified and grateful. There are lots of exciting things in the works, and all I can say is, thanks so much for your support!

Mercurial

I'm a plodder from the UK training for the Great South Run in October. I usually listen to various songs on my iPod when I run but saw the FitPod podcast recently and downloaded them all.
On my last run I listened to Mercurial on my return run (30 mins out 30 back) and wow, it really really helped. It kept my pace up and my motivation high.

Thanks very much djsteveboy, you have a convert!

Cheers
