Beat the Heat with Indoor Workouts

Walking outside this morning, I immediately noticed two things. First, there seemed to be no easy way of breathing the thick, humid air...is there even any oxygen in there? Second, there was no way I was going for a run in this muggy weather. Oh, and third, my hair looks like an electrified mop when it's this humid outside.
Weather is always a factor in outdoor workouts and, while many of us adjust to the summer time heat, there are just some days you should avoid exerting yourself outside...like today, I'm thinking. More
