Can't download HotZone

Hello, I am new to this forum. I am trying to download the Hot Zone mix but when I right click I don't have a save link as only save target as? How do I download this or other mixes. I am new to running and have used the couch to 5k mix but need different music to motivate me towards the end of the 5 k.

download mixes

Right-click (Windows) command-Click (Mac) on any of the linkable mix titles, the picture, or the "Free Download" button. Select "Save Link As..." and the mix should download to your computer. We recommend the lastest version of Firefox and iTunes, but files are straight MP3 and should work in any mp3 player.

Can't Download HotZone Mix

Still can't download, when I right click I can only "Save Target As" and it saves it to .htm - it does not download? Very strange and I am running Windows XP. Any other suggestions?
