Military Cadences
Does anyone have military cadences they'd like to share?
I am looking for both running and walking cadences.

diggI have lost all my cadences years ago, but sometimes still run using some of them as mantras. Look for cadence CDs in most of the military pride stores on most US military instillations. When I find my collections of cadences, I will be glad to pass them on.
Please email me in a zipfolder, the Military cadences you have. Thank you...thank you. I have about 4 cadences I bought on I Tunes and I LOVE them for running. They beat all the cardio music I have and I have a software that allows me to change the beat for running and I have the cardio coach CD. The cadences are better!!!

I'm a 26 yr old mom & I coach my eldest soccer team (11-13). One day while we were running during practice a bunch of military men passed us singing cadences the boys got really into it and asked me if we could learn some. I would really appreciate if yuo could email them to me. thanks.

Please send me the cadences you are talking about. I got out of the Army in 92 and my wife just joined in Aug 07 and she is now on her way to Iraq... I would love to get into my old fighting self while she is gone.. these would be a great motivator!!

Not sure if Coach is still sending the military cadences out so ....if anyone is interested, I have 30 military running cadences in mp3 fomat. Send me an email (SgtGang31@aol.com) and I'll send them in a winzip folder to you. They make running that much easier....especially for us ex-military types.
