Day One

With summer wrapping up, and the kids heading back to school next week, I'm eagerly anticipating some "me" time. "Me" time is when I can take better care of myself. More specifically, I have the ability to get back into a regular workout routine.

This entire summer, I've just let everything go ... not paying attention to what I eat, or how much. Today, I started counting points again. WW's seems to be the only sensible way that I can monitor my food intake.
